Privacy statement
This statement explains which personal data Haan Software Solutions processes, why, and what rights you have. I handle your data carefully and collect no more than necessary.
Data controller
Haan Software Solutions, reachable at info@haansoftwaresolutions.nl, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.
What data and why
When you fill in the contact form, I process the details you provide yourself: your name, optionally your company name, your email address, optionally your phone number and the content of your message. I use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or follow-up.
In addition, the hosting environment processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in standard log files, needed to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Legal basis
Processing your contact details is based on your consent (sending the form) and on the legitimate interest of being able to respond to your question. The technical logging rests on the legitimate interest of a secure, functioning website.
Retention period
I keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if it leads to an assignment, for as long as that assignment and the statutory retention obligation require. After that I delete them.
Sharing with third parties
I do not sell your data. To deliver the website and handle the form, I use a few service providers that process data as processors on my behalf:
- Formspree — processes and delivers the contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN for the website (including security logging).
- My email provider — for the email correspondence resulting from your message.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts; in doing so your IP address may be processed by Google to deliver the font.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to the processing. To do so, send an email to info@haansoftwaresolutions.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

I may update this privacy statement from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.
