It depends on the scope. A well-defined tool can be ready in a few weeks; a complete application takes longer. The proposal includes a realistic timeline, and you're kept informed along the way.
Both are possible. I work across the Netherlands and deliver remotely or on site — whatever fits your project and the way you want to collaborate best.
